Walking in for the first time
Takes about four minutes. Nobody is going to rush you, and nobody is going to make you feel like you should already know this. Here's exactly what happens, in order, so the only surprise left is how easy it actually is.
Before you drive over
What to bring
One thing matters more than anything else: a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. New York adult-use cannabis is 21 and over, and we check ID at the door every single visit, regardless of how old you look. It isn't a judgement call and we can't make exceptions — it's the licence, not us being difficult.
Beyond that, there isn't much of a list. No appointment, no membership, no forms to fill out before you walk in. Bring the ID, bring a way to pay, and the rest happens once you're standing at the case.
Valid ID
21+, government-issued, unexpired. Checked every visit, no exceptions.
A way to pay
Cash, debit, CanPay and Aeropay. There's an ATM inside if you need it.
Nothing else
Parking is on site — no meters, no circling the block.

No ID, no exceptions
Bring it every time, even if you were here yesterday.
We know it can feel repetitive if you're a regular. It's not personal — it's the rule every licensed shop in New York runs under, and it's checked at the door before anything else happens, no matter how many times you've been in.

Getting there
Parking is right at the door
Pull in at 978 Payne Ave. Entry is step-free from the lot, and there's room to move around the case once you're inside — no queue system, no wall of screens, and no upsell script running while you decide.
Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome inside with you. It's one of the most popular things about the shop that isn't cannabis.
In practice
Your first four minutes
Four short steps, roughly in this order, whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.
Show your ID
At the door, every time. It's the fastest part of the whole visit, and it's over in seconds.
Walk the case
Everything is out where you can see it. Point at things, ask what they smell like, take your time.
Ask us anything
Tell us it's your first time and we'll start from the beginning — no stupid questions here, ever.
Check out
Cash, debit, CanPay or Aeropay. There's an ATM inside if you need it, and you're done.
Inside, 978 Payne Ave
One room, one counter, no upsell script
Start low. Go slow.
Friendly guidance, not medical advice: take less than you think, especially with anything you eat or drink, and give it real time before more. Our edibles-timing card goes deeper if you want the actual ranges.
One more pass
What to expect, in order
The same three stops, laid out one more time in case you'd rather read it than watch it happen.
- At the door
- ID check, every visit. Bring it even if you were here yesterday.
- At the case
- Everything is visible. Ask what something smells like — that's most of the conversation.
- At the counter
- Cash, debit, CanPay or Aeropay. An ATM is inside if you need one.

First-visit questions
I've never done this before. Is that fine?
Completely fine, and more common than you'd think. Tell us it's your first time and we'll start from the beginning — what the forms are, how to read a label, and what "start low, go slow" means in practice. We can explain what a product is and how it's used; we can't give medical advice, and we won't pretend to.
Can I bring my dog?
Please do. We're pet-friendly — leashed, well-behaved pets are welcome inside with you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during posted hours, Monday through Saturday 10am–10pm and Sunday 10am–7pm. Bring ID either way.
Bring your ID. We'll handle the rest.
Shop this on the live menu, or just come by — we're on Payne Ave, seven days a week, and the first four minutes are the whole hard part.
